Hatherley Park, Cheltenham, is a beautifully landscaped park nestled within the Hatherley community in this Cotswold university town. This charming park attracts visitors from far and wide, seeking out the tranquillity of the rustling leaves, to stroll along the curvaceous pathway and observe the variety of trees and shrubs, both native and from around the world. The Park is wheelchair, child, bicycle and dog friendly, with a duck pond, a children’s playground with a rubber safety surface, and enough room for a football pitch.
The Friends group raise funds for the Park’s maintenance and development through a series of annual events, meet to perform gardening tasks and oversee the upkeep of the Park working together with Cheltenham Borough Council.
